1. What products do you specialize in?
We specialize in customized sample folders, sample books, tile sample boards, stone sample binders, flooring sample displays, catalog holders, and other product presentation solutions.
In order to help you to develop your market easier, we provide very low MOQ, for example, for sample booklets or paper sample book, the MOQ is only 30-50PCS.
3. What is the lead time of my sample booklet/ sample case order?
It depends on the Qty of your order, normally for order Qty below 1000PCS, the lead time is 1-2 weeks.
4. What happens if something gets damaged during shipping?
We provide with very safe package during shipping, if there is any damage during shipping, pls feel we will provide you with compesation ASAP.
5. Can I customize the sample folders or sample box?
Yes, we provide with OEM/ODM services, after you told us your requirements, we will give you the best solution soon.
6. Do you provide with samples before batch order?
Yes, we do, normally before the officially batch order production, we will produce samples for your confirmation, after you confirmed it, we will then start the mass production soon.
7. What is your product material?
We can provide with different material sample book or sample briefcase according to your needs, like cartonboard, PU, metal etc.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, PayPal, and bank transfers to ensure a smooth checkout process for all customers.
2. What is your payment terms?
Our payment terms is 30% deposit and balance against shipping.
3. Are you factory or trading company?
We are factory directly, our factory is in Xiamen, Fujian province in China, we welcome you to tour our factory any time.
4. How will you delivery my order?
We will delivery by sea, air or carrier according to your project, and we never gain any benifits from the shipping.
5. What if I found there is mistakes after I received my fabric swatch books?
If you found there is any mistakes after you unpackage your fabric swatch books, pls feel free to contact us any time, we will deal with it ASAP for you.
Normally we don’t have stock, because all of our products is customized, so there is no plain products.
